Don't quote me........
I love quotes. I love all kinds of quotes. I love them from philosophers, writers, poets, former heads of state, spiritual leaders, movies, television, or songs. I love song lyrics and poems. I live for words.
Below is one of my favorite quotes. I have a magnet on my fridge, that I found in Evansville, IN at the museum gift shop, with this quote on it. I am still so grateful for finding it and having a place where I can view it often.
"i beg you...to have patience with
everything unresolved in your heart
and try to love the questions themselves
as if they were locked rooms or
books written in a very foreign language.
don't search for the answers,
which could not be given you now,
because you would not be able to live them.
and the points is, to live everything.
live the questions now. perhaps then,
someday far in the future, you will gradually,
without even noticing it,
live your way into the answer......"

My Bucket List
We all have dreams and aspirations but how many of us take the time out to actually go for it? Life is an adventure, at least it should be. What is it you've always wanted to do, where have you always wanted to go, goals you've would love to accomplish before it's too late? Write a novel, scuba diving in the Caribbean, follow a rock band on tour, feel in your dream right here!
Put it out there, tell your friends, family, partner in crime, life hostage and get out there and do it. Live the life of your dreams! Color outside the lines! Make this list as long or as short as you like. Put your dreams here, no matter how grand. Embrace your life with the gusto it deserves!
Copy and paste this in your notes to start your own Bucket List! If you need help adding to your list check out this awesome website with a mind boggling amount of information! http://www.squidoo.com/100things
1) Sky diving
2) Hot Air Balloon Ride
3) Tattoo - Once I make up my mind as to what I want and where, it will be done. For a girl with commitment issues this could take a lifetime!
4) Appear as a character in someone's book. <--DONE, I appear in Madison McGraw's March Storm!! Thanks Maddy!!
5) Roadtrip as much of America as I can....truck stops, cheesy attractions, diners, the whole kit-n-caboodle and photograph the whole thing!!
6) Ireland, to see where my family comes from and meet the family that is still there - another great photographic experience.
7) Meet Bono (and then die ;)!!!!
8) Experience Alaska in all it's wild glory.
9) Celebrate Groundhog Day with Phil in Punxsutawney, PA!
10) Helicopter ride over Manhattan - preferably on a beautiful spring or summer night.
11) Have my own "farm" - big enough for all the animals I rescue and plan on having!!
12) Swim with dolphins.
13) See the beautiful Galapagos Islands.

15) Have an exhibit of my photographs.
16) Go somewhere else in the world to volunteer for a good cause.
17) Be published.
