Just Another Ordinary Day.

Incredible things happen everyday. Ordinary days have the potential to take fantastic turns. You just never know, do ya?

I was surfing the world wide web when I stumbled upon this photo titled "Deer Fishing". My first thought was that these yahoos were using the poor things as bait.

SIDEBAR: Who the hell in their right mind goes there first? I mean really? Have I ever heard of such a thing that would lead to such a jump in logic? No, I'm just a little wacky that way. Over active imagination and all that.

The real story behind this photo is pretty amazing. These two guys are fishing, with no real luck, when they just happen to notice something in the water. Turns out it was this poor exhausted deer about a mile and a half from shore. They have no idea how it ended up in the Bay or how long it was out there swimming. These good Samaritans rescued the poor critter and returned it shore.

I wonder what they expected when they got out of bed that morning? I doubt this scenario even came close!
